Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within UAE

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days — Free on orders over AED 200
• Express Delivery: Same day or next day (Dubai only) — AED 30
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across the UAE

International Shipping

• Saudi Arabia (KSA): 3–5 business days — rates calculated at checkout
• GCC Countries: 4–7 business days — rates calculated at checkout
• Spain & Europe: 7–14 business days — rates calculated at checkout
• Worldwide: 7–21 business days — rates calculated at checkout

We ship via trusted carriers including Aramex, DHL, and UAE local courier services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Gentlemen X is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@gentlemenx.com or WhatsApp +971 50 585 7012 with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
